* When running a resource-intensive application through NVIDIA Nsight in a 32-bit environment, you may encounter a problem with running out of virtual address space. This is because by default, virtual address space for a 32-bit process is limited to 2 GB.

As a workaround, you can compile test applications with the /LARGEADDRESSAWARE flag, which raises the available virtual address space to 3 GB on a 32-bit system, and 4 GB on a 64-bit system. In order for this solution to work, the system should have at least 4 GB RAM.

Ideally, resource-intensive applications should be run in a Windows 7/64-bit environment, with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
